Michael Perau made the whole process of purchasing a vacation home in Aspen a successful and pleasant experience. After our initial meeting, and listening to our list of specific requirements, he arranged a number of showings that gave us a better understanding of available options. Michael was professional, pleasant to work with and always available to research questions and get back to us in a timely manner with answers. After a few trips to Aspen, we narrowed the list down to 2 and submitted offers. At the same time, he continued to research, network and come up with alternatives. In the end, he found us the perfect property. It wasn’t listed yet so he previewed it, video taped it and encouraged us to consider it. We were ‎so confident in Michael’s integrity and getting it right that we made an offer and negotiated a deal without personally seeing the property. It turned out to be even better than we expected. Through the inspection process, negotiating a few last minute items and numerous trips to the house to take measurements and pictures Michael couldn’t have done more. We highly recommend him.
