
November real estate sales in the Aspen, Snowmass Village and the Woody Creek areas experienced 36 sales above $350,000 totaling $117.3 million in sold dollar volume. There are currently 48 properties representing $245 million in pending inventory and it feels like our market is gaining momentum heading into the final month of the year. We have noticed a significant decline in condo inventory in the Aspen core market while Snowmass Village still provides a diverse range of condo offerings. Significant sales for November started off with a secluded West Buttermilk estate that closed for whopping $15.5 million. The 5 bedroom estate totaled 11,312 square feet and is a true log masterpiece that captures the essence of Colorado mountain living.
